Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026. This notice describes the website configuration.
Who we are
VILLA DOCE DWC-LLC is established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and operates under the Villa Doce brand. We are responsible for the personal information we collect for our enquiries and services. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@villa-doce.com.
Scope
This policy explains the handling of personal information in connection with this website, enquiries and prospective client relationships. Separate project arrangements may require additional privacy information, particularly where guest lists, suppliers or event photography are involved. This website is intended for adults seeking our professional services. Please do not include sensitive information or information about children in an initial enquiry.
Information you provide
Our forms ask for your name, surname, email address and telephone number. Depending on your enquiry, you may also provide a company name, service interest, destination, tentative date, guest count, indicative budget and message. Planning details are optional. If you contact us by email, we receive your address, message and the information you choose to include. Please provide information about other people only when you have a legitimate reason and authority to do so.
Website interactions
Google Tag Manager is blocked until you allow analytics. The published container currently has no measurement or advertising tags. Activating a new service requires updating this policy and obtaining any required consent.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to understand a request, reply, discuss services and prepare proposals. Where a relationship proceeds, relevant information is used to plan and deliver the agreed services, communicate with you and meet contractual and legal obligations. We may also need information to protect the website, handle complaints or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. A service enquiry or privacy acknowledgement is not a subscription to marketing.
Legal framework and lawful bases
Personal information is handled under the data protection laws applicable to the relevant activity, including UAE data protection law and GDPR where its conditions apply.
Enquiry data is used to respond and take steps you request before a possible contract. Business correspondence may also be handled on the basis of legitimate interests where permitted, subject to your rights. Records may be needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims. Optional analytics requires consent, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings.
Enquiries and personal involvement
Access to correspondence should be limited to people who need it to respond to you or deliver the requested services. We do not need you to acknowledge this policy as a condition of making an enquiry in the prepared forms. The optional acknowledgement records that the notice has been read; it does not provide marketing consent. Submitted enquiries are delivered through Web3Forms to our business email.
Service providers and other recipients
Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare manages its DNS. The business mailbox uses Microsoft 365, and Web3Forms delivers submitted enquiries to that mailbox.
Enquiries are retained in Microsoft 365. This website does not keep a separate recoverable archive of form submissions.
Depending on a subsequent project, relevant information may need to be shared with agreed venues, suppliers or professional advisers. The scope and lawful basis should be explained as part of that engagement. Disclosure may also be necessary where required by law or to protect legal rights.
International processing
Hosting, email and form providers may process information in countries other than your own or the UAE. Processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact info@villa-doce.com for information about the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on whether an enquiry is still being handled, leads to a service relationship, or needs to be kept for legal recordkeeping or a possible claim. Relevant correspondence is held in Microsoft 365; the website has no separate enquiry database. You may request deletion at info@villa-doce.com, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Provider logs and backups are governed by the relevant service arrangements.
Security
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the enquiry forms. Contact info@villa-doce.com if you suspect misuse of your information.
Your rights
Depending on the law applying to your information, you may have rights to obtain information and access, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, withdraw consent where relied upon, and complain to the competent supervisory authority. These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions. This website's prepared enquiry flow does not make automated decisions about eligibility or service pricing.
How to make a request
Email info@villa-doce.com with the subject Privacy Request and describe what you would like us to do. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. We will handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law and explain any lawful restriction. You may also raise a concern with the supervisory authority competent for your circumstances.
