Villa Doce was born from two different journeys and one shared belief: that what we create should mean something to the people who experience it.
For Paula, it was a journey through project management, luxury marketing, communications and events, working with companies including Mercedes-Benz, Bentley and Omnicom, one of the world's leading communications groups.
During her time at Bentley, guests would sometimes describe an experience as one of the best days of their lives. Those words stayed with her, reminding her that the greatest reward wasn't simply bringing an idea to life, but knowing how much it meant to someone.
That feeling still shapes the personal care she brings to every project.
Álvaro brings a different, complementary perspective, shaped by more than a decade working with private luxury clients across Monaco, Marbella, Dubai and Madrid.
His experience taught him that true luxury begins with understanding people, anticipating their needs and noticing the details others might overlook.
His background in interiors in Paris and Madrid deepened his sensitivity to design, atmosphere and the emotions spaces can evoke. Today, he brings that perspective into creative direction, visual storytelling and emerging technology, finding new ways to turn ideas into experiences.
What drives him is the possibility of imagining something different and bringing it to life with a personal understanding of the people it's for.
When we decided to create Villa Doce together, we knew we wanted it to reflect not just our experience, but the care, creativity and personal attention we bring to everything we do.
We wanted to build a company where clients could feel confident in the people looking after them and genuinely excited about what we could create together.
We're personally involved in our projects because we enjoy being part of the journey, from the first conversation to the final details.
It's about understanding why it matters to someone and caring enough to make that difference.
That is what Villa Doce means to us.
